'94 150 TXRS dies

Hello folks,
My 1994 150 Saltwater Series motor started dying while idling more than 2-3 minutes when motor is in water, idles fine on the trailer with hose attached. Also sounds like it might be missing at low speeds. I haven't pulled the plugs yet, they have about 20-30 hours on them. I replaced fuel pumps when problem suddenly started two trips ago but it didn't help.
At this point I suspect carbs since they have never been rebuilt. Does anyone know if the Yamaha carb repair kit (6e5-w0093-06-00) contains all the gaskets, etc., I will need?

rebuild is a good idea but they definately need a good cleaning.

it sounds to me like they just need to be resynced. have this done and set the idle to 800-850 in neutral on the hose.
