If it's the fuel gauge not reading fuel level in fuel tank then it's probably a bad fuel sender in fuel tank. Remove the pink wire from fuel sender on top of fuel tank, turn ignition key on and touch pink wire to ground wire on sender, if gauge goes to full position then gauge and wiring is ok.
