2004 90HP 4-Stroke

I have a 2004 90HP 4-stroke on my boat. The engine seems to slightly bog/hesitate when I push down on the throttle slowly? When I really give it gas it takes off no problem. I read through the manual and it looks like the carbs may be out of sync? Can you tell me whether or not this is something that would be covered under my 3 year warranty on the engine?

Thanks, it may be time to take both of my engines in for service. The one thing I forgot to add is that the engine sometimes cuts out and dies when I push the throttle slow..

tune it
get a certified 5 star or master mech to work on these only
