1995 50 tlht cold start problems

I am not familiar with the system for cold
starting as there are no choke plates.
It appears to be an enrichener system but is
not working. The motor runs great after it is
warmed up but starts very hard as though its
not getting any choke. Any help would be appreciated.

i had the same motor. all you do is pump the ball and turn the key. dont push in the key and dont advance the throttle.
