T8 gearbox lube screw plug

I'm in the process of winterizing my T8 and am changing the gearbox oil for the first time. My T8 is a kicker on the back of an Outrage 22 with an Evinrude 225 main, which motor I've changed the gearbox oil on frequently and have a Pennzoil pump kit to do it with. Here's the punch line: I pulled the screw plugs out of the T8 so it could drain while I filled the 225, and when I finished the 225 I tried to screw the pump kit into the T8 to find the T8 screw plugs are smaller and the pump kit won't fit.

Is there a pump kit just for Yamahas or just for T8s, or is there an adapter out there to fit on the OMC size pump kit, am I going to have to find a Yamaha dealer (don't have one close by), or what?

Yamaha sells pump's with hose and fitting for quart bottles(ACC-PUMP0-00-QT) and for gallon jugs(ACC-PUMP0-02-GL). Lubrimatic sell's hoses and pumps with metric fitting for Yamaha motor's too.
