Yamaha 150 Pulsation

I have a 20 ft Century with a 1999 Yamaha 150. When turning left with the trim all the way down I feel a pulsation in the steering wheel. It seems fine when trimed up about 3 bars or turing right. The steering uses a seastart hydraulic system. Any ideas about what could cuse the pulsation?

probably cause you have the bow buried in the water.
