My engine was missing one at least one cylinder, intermittently, yesterday, but only at full throttle. The engine has 56 hours, and had a service done at 11 hours, at which time the plugs were changed. I'm wndering if I should check the plugs before taking it to the shop - any ideas?

update - when I got home today I checked the fuel filters, which appeared to be fine. Removed one plug, discovered gobs of carbon on it and it was very oily and black. Pulled remaining plugs, found same. Mechanic (who I took the plugs to show) said that the motor was probably never set up correctly at the dealer, and that this is a common occurrence.
Has anyone had this problem wiith this motor?
