F115 power loss

My 2002 4 stroke runs full rpm for only 30 secs then only 3ooo. I can turn key off, back on again and get another 30 seconds of full trottle.

Most of the time that is a fuel problem. Fuel tank not venting, restricted fuel flow in fuel lines or filter, loss of fuel pressure to injectors from faulty fuel pump or filter in vapor separator tank.

do I have a vapor separator tank with 4 stroke?

you actaully have a vst with a fuel pum in it and a low speed fuel pump right below it.
