I have a 1998-1999 yamaha 225 hp salt water series. The gauges seem to work well except for the gauge which measures miles per gallon which seems to work intermittently, Any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
does the gauge itself go in and out or just the gallons per hour? if just the gph readout, you might need to replace the fuel flow sensor. if its the whole guage, check all the electrical connections.
