225 ox66 into a 250 ox66 ?

I have one 225 and one 250 ss2 ox66. Is it possible to turn the 225 into a 250? The 250 has a bad cylinder. all the specs are the same for the blocks. What's the difference between them? Is it the computer or is it much more involved? Thanks for any info.

the differences are mostly in the computer but there are others. this would be a pricey swap over.
