Yamaha 90 install/rig

Hi,

I am preparing to swap engines, installing a '92 Yam 90 on a Hewes 19' searunner. Looking for any advice on proper engine height while mounting. Can't find the FAQ (http://boats.net/kbase/index.html is a dead link). Any other installation/rigging tips would be appreciated.
