I bought a new motor last yr. & I have had a couple of problems. I had a problem with the seals leaking in the spring. I got that all fixed up. Now I get a whitling/vibration sound when I gear down from high speed into - the 4-5 MPH range. I get the same sound when I take it from neutral up slowly. Anybody else heard of what might cause the whistling sound ?

Bloatis,
Check your air-intake silencer - may be loose and carbs are sucking air where it mates to the carbs.
