Date of outboard from serial number

Can anyone help to get the model date of two 11LXRP outboards from their serial numbers?

They are: 722614 and 722589

Are you sure that is the correct model number? The first numbers of model number should be the engine HP. If the XRP is right then it's a 1991 engine.
