Help 9.9 Yamaha esg won't fire

i have a 9.9 Yamaha esg that won't fire replaced plugs kill switch cdi box and the magneto under the fly wheel also the fly wheel looks brand new still no fire I have run out of ideas could anyone shed some light on what I could check or do I have no idea what could be left thank you for your time

Is the charge coil output correct? Do the wires from the charge coil to the CDI have continuity and are not shorted to ground?

Is the pulser coil output correct? Do the wires from the pulser coil to the CDI have continuity and are not shorted to ground?

Is the white wire to the CDI NOT grounded anywhere?

Does the CDI output the correct voltages?

Have the ignition coils and spark plugs lead been tested?

Thank you I'll check them I did replace all them with new parts but I could of got a bad part though
