2002 Yamaha 9.9 added recoil start

Hey guys I just bought a 2002 Yamaha 9.9 4 stroke. It is a remote model with electric start. It doesn't have the recoil starter on it and would like to add it if possible. I have found the part number for the recoil assembly but don't know if it will work, anybody know?

Im assuming its the ELRA model, so does that mean you cant have electric start and manual at the same time>
