What is this??

Found this bolt in the bottom cowling of my 2008, Yamaha 25 hp Model#25MLHW --- looked everywhere to determine where it came from but found nothing. Anybody have an idea as to what this bolt is for and where it came from?? Appreciate any help.

mercruiser uses a similar looking bolt to hold the high pressure fuel line to their cool fuel module

I believe this ^^^ is correct, so long as the head is a phillips.
