Few months ago on my outboard engine I changed thermostat with new one, and today made some testing. I measure head temperature with infrared pistol and it is on full load about cca 105 C. Is it too much? Without thermostat it is on full load about 85 C. With termostat I notice that control jet is full for half minut and weak for few second. Is it normal for new thermostat? I record video of control jet:
