SS to aluminum prop conversion

I have a 2015 F115LB Yamaha motor w/ a stainless steel prop 14 X 12. Want to go to aluminum from stainless. Is there any conversion if I want to get same performance values?

Also, what about a possibility of a 4 blade prop? Opinions, Pro/Con?
