    Almost looks like wrist pins are not installed in the pictures and pistons where just laid in place for the pictures.

    Can you take some more pictures with pistons removed and looking straight down on the crank?

      When you say you can look at the crankshaft and "see that timing is way off"
      ....... do you mean that with the #1 piston at TDC - the timing mark on the flywheel is WAY off the timing mark ? If the crank was good when the engine was re-assembled, could it be that the key indexing the flywheel to the crank has failed / sheared ?

        okey. the engine block is completly dissamb. i turn over every thing and get you guy some pictur.
        i wil check flywheel ect... with pics

        i will get back in day with some pics
