  • bench test materials ISC valve

    *** - am i p*ssed - I just spent several minutes crafting a post - clicked submit - poof!
    eaten by the "your post will now be reviewed by a moderator".

    So that's gone forever.

    Well, I don't have the motivation right now to re-write.

    for now, I'll just post the photos of what I used

    I wonder if Boscoe could still find the link to the video he posted months ago, which explained how to make the ISC operate with a AC wall wart and a capacitor...

      Boscoe posted about using a wall wart to power a tachometer. And to feed an RPM signal to the tachometer.

      If I did post something related to a wall wart and an ISC valve then Mr. Al Zeimer has come around to visit me. Again.

      What are you trying to do with an ISC valve? That you cannot do with a simple 12 volt battery?

        Al Z. certainly gets around; he's often at my house.

        I've already done my ISC 'sperimenting - and mentioned it here -
        now another poster contacted me for some elaboration;
        he wants to test an ISC (and I guess doesn't have the YDS, to do it that way)

        You had posted a link to a video where a guy demonstrated how to "run" the ISC - that's how I learned. It was a while back - last year. Ancient history.

          Must have been a you tube video.

          Scannerdanner comes to mind. He seems to be knowledgeable with the ability to convey that knowledge.

            I am still waiting for the Rodbolt series of instructional videos by the way.

            In high definition of course.
