I have read that these motors have low compression heads. The test I did showed 92-92-91-90-92-88psi! Is this within specs on the 2002 ox66 200hp? The motor always starts great and runs really strong

Most all two stroke outboard motors are low compression.
A lot depends upon how the compression test is performed. Motor should be hot, all plugs removed, battery fully charged, throttle wide open, ignition disabled, known good gauge, motor cranked until the pressure stops rising.
Your values look to be within specifications. Cylinders five and six have a lower compression ratio than cylinders 1 ~ 4. -
