If I am correct, it will be tough finding a parts catalog for it.

The complete engine ID is needed. Begins with the number 6.

The only motors shown in any Yamaha US dealers website are those models distributed here in the USA. A 60FETO is not one of them.

Best we can do is to tell you the USA equivalent of your model. Once the complete ID is provided.

My best guess is that your motor is the equivalent of a US 60TLRZ. Although the 60TLRZ is a 2001 model year motor this is the first year that it was available in the US.

This presumes that you motor has oil injection and is not premix.

why not check with your local Yamaha dealer?
they will have the proper part lists for your motor if it is in the same country that the motor was sold in

i did .i got some inlet o rings and they orderd but they are to small . but they say they are the right ones for my engine .so i am trying to find a parts manual to sort it out

Here is a link to a Yamaha dealers website where a download for a 1995 60FETO is available. Click on the 1995 Download button and it will take you to a pdf version of the parts book. Open the pdf parts book and then go find the page where the part(s) you want are located. Actually, this is a better version of the Yamaha parts book than what is available here in the USA.

The 1995 book should be one and the same for a 1996 (your) 60FETO.

Find the part number of what you need. Add two zeros to the end of the part number, if needed. Then plug that part number into the part number search at this website. Click on the red "Purchase Yamaha Parts" button at the top of this page. If the part is one and the same as the USA 60TLRZ model then the price and availability will be shown.
