Anyone experiencing a belt chirping noise at slow spped and idle. What could cause this, I have looked at the belt, it appears aligned and tensioned properly, no leaks . motor has around 35 hrs on it and it was serviced at 20 hrs. I know it is under Warranty but would like to know what direction this problem leads too.

You may be hearing the driveshaft rubbing against a rubber collar.
I can't remember which model 4-stroke, the 115 or 150 that this has appeared on. Go over to another forum where I am a member: www.maverickboats.com,
and do a search on "squeal" and the like, and you may find an answer to your problem.
I think the solution is to just squirt some lubricant on the rubber collar from time-to-time.
Nothing is breaking down, just annoying.
