Greasing the foot on an older 115 HP Outboard

I seem to not be able to grease my foot on my 115 HP Outboard. Where and how do I put the grease in this motor foot?

The gearcase is filled with oil. You remove the lower drain screw and the upper vent screw. With gearcase oil fill by pumping oil into bottom drain screw until it comes out the upper vent screw, pump a little extra oil out to work air out of oil.
