Lower Unit Swap

Hi all. Got a quick question for you. Would the lower unit from a 300hp HPDI work on the F225? Is it the same gear ratio? I can pick up one from a salvaged motor for a few bucks and would nice to have a spare on hand.
Also, what about the trim unit?
