• best way to accurately gauge fuel and or flow?

Anyone have a link to an accurate fuel gauge?

Will changing out the sending unit fix the following problem?

I have an 89 20 grady with an 89 200 yamaha and it has a digital gauge that never shows completely full. Always one or two bars below. Also has shown dead empty twice with the low fuel light flashing and it only took 50 gallons. I checked with GW and they said I have an 80 gallon tank.

ladygrady,
The most accurate and calibratable sender can be found here:

They have several models to choose from - one should work with your gauge.
Good luck ,
