Still Leaking T&Trim seals on 2005 250 4 strokes

I could use some advise.
After using a chisel and removing 3 of the caps on my T&Trim and replacing the top O rings and the dust covers the both cylinders are still leaking!!
There was not a kit as such so my dealer sold me the O rings, the dust covers, and the locking clips.
Should I have replaced the plunger O ring and fiber white rings as well???
Is there a video somewhere that actually shows how to really fix these leaks?

Should be a 4 letter ID like "TURD":

Probably the same T&T in any case.

Some one else will be chiming in as I'm not familiar with that unit..
