iam having the same problem with my 704remote and unhooked it from motor seems to work now but how do get the bracket on the motor loose just grease it or replace it? my biggest problem is i take the boat out iam in idle speed give it gas and boggs out but if i get it past that point it seems to run fine.please help??? already replace filters plugs rebuilt carbs. 225 exel 1988

Not sure what bracket on motor you are talking about. The hesitation problem is usually the carbs needing to be cleaned, check linkage syncronization, pilot screw settings, throttle position sensor adjustment.
