Recently, i had problems with the water pump and was worried that the buzzer did not work . my question is can i fit an external temperature gauge to my motor and can anyone help me regarding where to fit the sensor etc top of motor side ? and what would be the correct part number of the sensor

Just test the sensor and buzzer to make sure they work.
even if the buzzer does not work the RPM limit would tell you there was a problem as long as the sensor works.

it you just want a Temp gauge to look at from time to time, I would try to get it close to the factory sensor, so they should be seeing about the same

Certainly you can add a temperature sender and gauge to monitor the water temperature.
