60 hp 2-stroke Id

I’ve got a 60 hp 2 stroke Yamaha that is missing the serial number tag.It has a small round sticker,black with white stripe,on the block with what I’m guessing is the serial number but I don’t know how to find the model prefix.It is a long shaft.Guy I bought it from says he thinks it a 96’ but not sure how he got that,but I’d say it’s probably somewhere around there.Can anyone give me any clues?Thanks!

Looks to be a C60TLRU. 1996 model year.

Does it have oil injection or use premix? I am guessing the latter.
