F350 2014 Timming belt problem

I have a f350 2014, with a 4 month old timing belt
everything was fine for 4 months, yesterday I started to hear a whining noise , so I took the cowl off and noticed that the back of the timing belt was grinding against the rear bracket see picture. The bracket was tight. Some how the belt shifted against the bracket , any thought how this could happen?

was it the F350 that has a problem with the flywheel needing replaced from time to time

Did you replace the timing belt or a shop? Did you see the installed belt just after it was done?

Is it possible that bracket was struck by something and pushed it in...for example the engine was off the boat and while being slung on it hit something?

Seems very strange to me...

I'm going to have the tensioner, 2 idle pulleys and belt replaced , it's got to a bad component (10 yrs old)
