2006 VZ225TLR 2006 help

2006 225 good comp all 6 good spark.
New low pressure pumps and new high pressure pump 60#
Starts and when put in gear it diesels up and down fast about 1/2 second wave.
Any ideas?

check your service manual for the proper rail pressure specs

High pressure pump output is too low. Nominally it should be ~ 1000 psi.
