175 V6 -93 Head gasket?

A 1993 V6 that seems to take in water in one or two cylinders at low rpms/idle. Runs just fine in higher rpms. I know its hard to diagnose over an internet forum but what could be the most likely cause? A crack in the cylinder wall? Headgasket? Exhaust port?

A bore scope through each spark plug hole may reveal something….next step may be to remove the heads and inspect cylinders, pistons,etc….

29 year old head bolts! That would not be fun. I would try some less invasive diagnostics that were mentioned first.
