40 tlrb trim motor replacement

Trim wasn't working on a motor I picked up over the winter,tried connecting blue/green wires to battery....nothing.Pull off top of t/t motor assembly and it looks like the o ring was leaking and everything got corroded.Any thoughts on a aftermarket replacement besides a O E Yamaha unit 62Y-43880-01-00
