Cylinder Head Complete vs. Assembly?

Bent 3 intake valves... yay. Can anyone tell me the difference between 6P2-W009A-02-1S "Cylinder Head Complete" and 6P2-11110-01-94 "Cylinder Head Assy" on the 2007 F250TXR parts list? I am looking at the parts list here: https://www.crowleymarine.com/yp/WW9...txr-2007-250hp .

It is partly confusing because #1 references ASSY in the drawing, but "cylinder head complete" in the parts list...

Also, I am assuming these come fully assembled with valves, camshafts, etc already installed? Can anyone verify that?

ah yeah, sure enough. cheaper too. Strange... they list the cylinder head complete as in stock but the assembly as unavailable. I will try to talk to them.
