90TLR carb pilot screw adjustment

simple question: 2001 90tlr, manual says to set pilot screws at 1- 1-1/4 turns. On this particular carb, which way do you turn it to richen the mixture? I know some carbs have the screws in the fuel line and others are in the air line.

Developed an occasional lean sneeze during the cold weather. want to richen it up 1/8 turn or so.
