    I too do not know what you can see to figure out what to buy to fix it while it is in the water.
    pull it, put on your trailer and take it to a shop for repair.
    when it is fixed you can put it back in the water

        And if fluid comes out…..wonder where the lake water may be going? I am puzzled as why it will not release with release screw turned out. Something is wrong with that screw or the entire unit may be full of water. Got to come out of water period. Take it to a shop. Lots of little tiny parts tend to go airborne when taking it apart.
