I recently noticed on my new boat equipped with CLP that I cannot do a partial tank fill and get an accurate fuel level reading. I ended up filling the tank and doing a re-set. I read on the THT that Yamaha is supposedly working on a fix for this issue. Any word on this on this end? Thanks.

It is presumed that you are talking about the "fuel aval" amount. No fix that I have heard of.
Original Command Link speedometer was like this and it was carried over into the Command Link Plus instrument.
Folks complained about it and Yamaha made a change that ties the fuel aval quantity to the fuel tank sender(s). A step backwards IMO.
There is a four step calibration procedure that you can perform (requires the tank to be empty to start with) and you can install a better fuel quantity sender from CENTROID PRODUCTS - Computerized Tank Display - Electronic Senders - capacitive fuel gauges to make it a bit better.
