Suzuki dt 40 bogs out full throttle

For some reason my suzuki 40 is bogging out in full throttle if I keep pumping Gas it will run I sent 180$ yesterday bought all new tank new conectors and fuel line never fixed it. I noticed my air box cover is off but that should not have anything to do with it. Next step would probably be a new fuel pump ? Carb clean. Is a early dt 40 no oil injected

"Pumping gas" , is that pumping the fuel, in-line, primer bulb?

How was the carberator cleaned?
