IME, Yamaha's RingFree works very well...

I use it regularly in small engines (carbs just cleaned) and will re-tune and usually get higher RPMs after sitting overnight with a treatment.

I also run it in every gas machine I own regularly..

How well it will actually work can always be debated. But you certainly won't hurt anything by using it.

However, if you're questioning your injectors, or just want to do something that DEFINITELY works, have them cleaned. It's only about $20 per injector and you can send them to a place online or if you're in/near a decent sized city, there's probably a local injector shop. Ask around at places like a NAPA - they'll probably know.
