Can I use quicksilver sae 90 in an f200?

Check your owner's manual, but I'd bet it does. Merc's stuff is very good - especially the "hi-performance" stuff. Merc's oil is rated "GL-4" - look to make sure that matches the spec for your lower, just to double check.
