Yamaha 200HP in line 4 or yamaha 225 V6?

Going to need a new motor, I was checking the yamaha website and saw the 2 different 200HP in line 4 and 225HP V6. I am looking at reliability first, the 25HP difference isn't a big issue for me. I need something solid (like my old Yam 130HP 2 strokes)
Any specific issues? I ll ne using the motor in fresh water only.
Any suggestions?
