Motor won't raise , Motor and pump sound normal, when I manually raise it it falls down like it has a bad fluid leak. I topped off fluid and don't see any visible leaks. What should I do next?

IF it's the valves or Orings I'd rAther have someone rebuild it, ive never done one before. What would be a ballpark price? From the look of the Parts schematics it seem over my capabilities

depends on what failed and if it comes apart.

Local guy says he rebuilds one a week, usually around 500. Sound reasonable?
