2002 F115 fuel pressure dropping to 20psi at 4300 RPM

which pressure regulator did you buy?
and what is the rail pressure with this aftermarket pump and regulator?
if not in spec that could be a problem

You are probably spot on. I went with a aftermarket regulator and pump. Unfortunately, I dropped a good OEM regulator in the water. Thinking about diving for it but idk it it will still be good sitting in brackish water for 3 days. I was tired of buying OEM parts and them not being the problem. I found the regulator and pump combo on quantum for $110. OEM would be around $700. I will test the fuel pressure and post back.
