1993 Yamaha 200 V6 stroke Long shaft

I am looking at buying 2 x counter rotating motors, 1993 mods, but "new" , never been used. The owner says he has physically turned them over every 6 months.
model is : 200 Beto V6 2 Strokes

Asking price $7000 each

any suggestions or hesitations I should have ?

After sitting for that long they probably need to have carbs cleaned and new water pump impeller's put in.
