I use the mid priced Craftsman clicker torques wrenches and all three (2 3/8's drive, one 1/2") I have have, on both sides of the actual wrench, it states ft or inch lbs and NM's on the other side when rotating the adjuster/handle..

On my OLD 1/2" beam wrench, also, Craftsman, its also has both scales.
