Which production year? - need to fix overheating issue...

my motor is overheating after 10-15 minutes of use... I need to find out the production year of this engine if I am going to buy service kits.

Can anyone help?

Should the tell-tale show water immediately after turning on the engine?

1992 model year. Equivalent to a USA 1992 40 HP two stroke C40 if it is premixed. 40 if not.
