twins and none is counter rotation?

Better option is get a used lower unit (cheaper is what I mean)

Sometimes some guys get twins and just keep one of them, then sell the other (usually the counter rotation) Who buy that motor usually are looking for the RH rotation lower unit (a trade would be even a better option with someone that have a LH rotation lower unit)

if you need to know what parts are diferent let me know. 4 me would be the last option as will be VERY expensive the conversion)

almetelo , boscoe99 Thanks for your help.

The dealer here in Kuwait didn't provide ant help they even told me that Yamaha 200 Hp doesn't have counter rotation.

I didn't find any counter rotation motors available for sale that's why I am planing on replacing the lower drive unit of the engine.

the only difference between the right and left hand motors is the lower unit.
on some models the case is the same and the guts are different.
wont hurt anything to simply run 2 standard rotation cases.
may tend to drift right some but you really wont notice.

Would it help the running of 2 standard rotation cases to add trim tabs and hydraulic steering?....

              not really
if you did not know the difference you would not notice.
I have run several twins from twin big twin 40 evenrudes to twin mercruisers with both cases turning the same direction.
it does make backing into a slip more interesting.
