Will not pull start with Prime Starter in place. I cleaned carb, fuel lines and everything. Will start up just fine and run well with Prime Starter removed and it's port taped over. Does this just mean the Prime Starter needs replaceing, or something else? Also, not sure if this is related, but now after getting engine started without Prime Starter in place, I can't put into gear, forward or reverse, even when engine is off. What is this a sign off? Is it related to the bad (?) Prime Starter? Motor didn't hit anything hard in water than I know off.
