Starting / stopping SX250 / wiring needed

I have an ox66, SX250TXRZ... it is mounted on an engine stand, with no control harness connected.

How can I start the engine and ultimately stop the engine. Water, fuel , and oil are not an issue. Question is about electrical. What wires would I connect or jump on the engine mounted connector plug.?
